Processing Time

Paying online with your card takes 2 business days to processed. After receiving the payment, I proceed with placing you order. Please allow 2-3 business days for natural-colored wigs to be made and 3-5 business days for colored wigs. After shipping, it takes 3-7 business days to receive your order.

We only ship on Business days, therefore if you place an order on Friday it may not be shipped until Monday.

RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

We will only accept returns 1-3 days after you have received your order. If there was a mistake on our end, we will do everything we can to fix the issue. Only wigs with our logo stamped at the back can be returned.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds unless it was an issue on our end. If there is an issue with your order upon receiving, return for a full refund or contact us and we will do our best to correct the issue.
